Tokaj selection 5-„Putňa" wine
Tokaj luxury sweet wine made from Samorodné dry wine and from the highest quality grapes. Residual sugar is in full harmony with alcohol and acids. The sugar concentration is at least 120 g/litre. In the aroma and taste appears the typical feature of Tokaj wines - "bread texture". It is full, extractive sweet wine, which is used to prevent the beauty of the present moment from passing by. Maturation in Tokaj "tufa" cellar acquires attributes that make it such a precious wine. It is generally known as an aphrodisiac in Slovakia. Designed for special occasions, not only for young people, but also for those who never gets old. It carries prestigious "Značka kvality SK" - Quality mark of Slovakia, and in the National Wine Salon in Bratislava it regularly gets the place of honor in the first hundred of the best Slovak wines.
Distinctive, amber.
Soft, characteristic aroma of the botrytised grapes and oxidation.
Sweet, honey and caramel.
It is served as a sweet aperitif, possibly as a digestif.
