3-Puttonyos Tokaji Aszú 0.5 L
This wine was produced in favourable years when a significant amount of berries on the bunches was affected by botrytis. In its category, it ranks among the finest that nature has to offer. To the basic Tokaji base volume of 136 litres (Gönczky barrel), 3 puttonyos of aszú berries are added (1 puttonyos = 25 kg). The natural sugar content is at least 60 g/litre. The slow fermentation process continues in tufa cellars, usually for several years, where the wine develops its characteristic aromas and flavours. It will satisfy every connoisseur of Tokaji wines. Suitable for the most precious moments and exceptional occasions.
Colour: Intense golden-yellow with amber hues.
Aroma: Characteristic aroma of botrytised grapes and oxidation.
Taste: Delicately caramel-like, highly extractive and pleasantly sweet.
A sweet aperitif, also recommended to be served with dessert.
