Tokaj selection 3-"Putňa"wine
This wine has been produced in favorable years, when considerable quantity of berries on the bunches were botrytised. In its category it belongs to the best what nature offers. To the basic Tokaj rate of 136 I (Gönczky barrel) are added 3 Putnam of raisins (1 Putnam = 25 kg). The natural content of sugar is at least 60 g/litre. The slow fermentation process continues in the "tufa" cellars, usually for several years, where it gets its characteristic aromas and flavours. It will satisfy any expert of Tokaj wines. It is suitable for the most precious moments and exceptional occasions.
Intense golden-yellow with amber tints.
The characteristic aroma of the botrytised grapes and oxidation.
Gently caramel, extractive, pleasantly sweet.
Sweet aperitif, also recommended to serve with a dessert.
