A daily intake of 20 g of "KORONA" olive oil provides 11.6 mg of hydroxytyrosol, tyrosol or their derivatives (5 mg), which is why the oil belongs to the category of oils that protect blood fats from oxidative stress according to Regulation 432/2012 of the European Union.
