In cooking, it is used as a spice to season meat, poultry and fish. It gives a distinctive aroma and flavour to fresh salads, sauces and cooked vegetables.
Herbal tea: One teaspoon per 250 ml of hot water. Leave to steep for approximately 5–10 minutes.
