Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Crete
From the last day of the early harvest.
Its greener colour is due to the chlorophyll of the unripe olives, which gives the fresh olive oil greater antioxidant properties.
It differs in taste from extra virgin olive oil, as it is intensely bitter and slightly peppery, with an intensely fruity flavour and aroma of freshly picked unripe olives.
It contains all the vitamins and provitamins of olive oil, minerals and polyphenols, which protect cells from oxidative stress, reactive oxygen species and free radicals.
Extra virgin olive oil made from a single olive variety, with low acidity and a high polyphenol content. From the last day of the early harvest.
Store in a dry place and protect from heat and direct sunlight.
Suitable for cold cuisine.
