Balsamic Cream with Natural Blackcurrant Juice 250 ml
Balsamic creams have a wide range of uses in international and Slovak cuisine. They are suitable not only for dressings and marinades, but also for seasoning prepared dishes, soups or sauces. They are excellent for preparing grilled dishes, for baking meat and fish, or for adding flavour to fruit salads and even sweet desserts, including ice cream. They are also suitable for decorating plates.
Ingredients: Balsamic vinegar 59% (grape vinegar, concentrated grape must, colour: caramel, preservative: potassium metabisulphite), water, sugar, blackcurrant juice concentrate 6.2%, concentrated grape must, glucose-fructose syrup, concentrated grape juice, stabilisers: xanthan gum, cellulose gum, flavourings, preservative: potassium sorbate.
Contains sulphites.
