5-Puttonyos Tokaji Aszú 0.5 L
A luxurious sweet Tokaji wine made from dry Samorodné wine and the highest-quality grapes. The residual sugar is in perfect harmony with the alcohol and acidity. The sugar concentration is at least 120 g/litre. The aroma and taste reveal a characteristic feature of Tokaji wines – a “bread-like texture”. It is a full-bodied, highly extractive sweet wine, enjoyed so that the beauty of the present moment does not fade away. Maturation in a Tokaji “tufa” cellar gives it qualities that make it such a rare wine. In Slovakia, it is widely known as an aphrodisiac. Intended for special occasions, not only for the young, but also for those who never grow old. It bears the prestigious “Značka kvality SK” quality mark – a Slovak trademark – and regularly ranks among the top 100 best Slovak wines at the National Wine Salon in Bratislava.
Colour: Intense amber.
Aroma: Delicate, characteristic aroma of botrytised grapes and oxidation.
Taste: Sweet, honeyed and caramel-like.
Serve as a sweet aperitif or, alternatively, as a digestif.
